Orchids in Blue Vase

Original SOLD Been wanting to do an orchid in a porcelain vase with the blue accent for a few years. Been building my photo collection of old hand painted vases as I've toured vintage shops around the Big Island over the past several visits back. I snapped this one at Big Island Candies in Hilo, the one with the most blue, the reverse of what I had been envisioning. And when I sat down to review my collection of photos of vases, this was the one that made the piece ready to come out. Love it when that happens.
